Citizens’ Attitudes Towards Personal Health, Active Lifestyle, and the Healthcare System

The Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr” has launched a sociological study on the topic “Citizens’ Attitudes Towards Personal Health, Active Lifestyle, and the Healthcare System” among the population of Uzbekistan.

The purpose of the study is to objectively and reliably determine the population’s attitude towards the healthcare system, the state of mental health, and the level of trust in government reforms.

The survey questions are aimed at studying citizens’ opinions about the state of their personal and mental health, respondents’ self-assessment levels, the availability of psychological and medical services, the degree of physical activity of fellow citizens, their attitude towards sports and the factors hindering it, as well as their awareness of healthcare reforms.

The collected data will help assess the potential of the population, its attitude towards health issues and the quality of government services, which in turn will serve as a basis for improving national healthcare policy.
