PUBLIC AWARENESS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF A STABLE SOCIETY

In the context of modern globalization, human trafficking has emerged as one of the most dangerous transnational threats directed against human rights, personal freedom, and human dignity. It not only has a devastating impact on the lives of individuals, but also causes serious harm to the principles of social stability, trust, and justice in society.

From this perspective, the Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr,” taking into account the urgency of this issue, systematically studies public opinion regarding the risks of human trafficking, its causes and consequences, as well as the mechanisms for its prevention. The sociological studies regularly conducted by the Center cover such important areas as determining the level of public awareness about human trafficking, identifying at-risk groups and conducting an in-depth analysis of their socio-psychological characteristics, assessing the effectiveness of preventive measures, and studying public attitudes toward the activities of state and public institutions in this field.

The results of this analysis serve to improve practical measures to combat human trafficking, raise the legal awareness and vigilance of the population, and strengthen the effectiveness of preventive efforts.
