WOMEN ABOUT THEMSELVES: STATUS, EXPECTATIONS, AND PROSPECTS

In the era of globalization, the role of women in society and their contribution to socio-economic development are steadily increasing. Women actively participate in public administration, the economy, education, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. However, issues such as competition in the labor market, gender equality challenges, social protection, and balancing family responsibilities with professional activities remain pressing.

The Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion "Ijtimoiy Fikr"  has launched a public opinion survey on the topic "Women About Themselves: Status, Expectations, and Prospects."

The study will examine various factors influencing women's social lives. Specifically, it will analyze their role in society, opportunities for personal and professional development, participation in the labor market, social protection measures, and legal guarantees, as well as the challenges they face. In addition, the research will explore women’s opinions on ways to improve their quality of life, professional growth, and career advancement, as well as the key barriers hindering these processes.
