On February 20 of the current year, a discussion meeting was held at the “Youth Press Club” platform of the Youth Affairs Agency, dedicated to advancing the effectiveness and impact of continuous dialogue with young people to a new level. The event was aimed at improving the implementation of state youth policy within government bodies, ministries and organizations, strengthening institutional mechanisms of interaction, and developing practical cooperation. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr” — Sh. Boboev and S. Imamov.

During the event, a responsible official from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan delivered a speech emphasizing the need for the systematic introduction of the “Leader and Youth” format, the expansion of open and regular dialogue platforms between leaders and young people, and the strengthening of trust, transparency, and public participation through such interaction.

Priority areas were also discussed in detail, including the development of reading culture and the promotion of book readership among young employees of ministries, agencies and organizations; ensuring the implementation of tasks defined by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 15, 2025, No. PP-9; the launch of the “Amaliyot Office (Internship Office)” project as a modern model for forming a кадровый reserve; as well as the improvement of incentive and award mechanisms for employees responsible for youth affairs.

During the discussions, participants presented practical proposals aimed at increasing the effectiveness of youth policy, emphasized the need to expand cooperation between state and public institutions, and highlighted the importance of introducing monitoring and evaluation indicators in youth-related activities. The discussion meeting served as an important platform for developing open dialogue with youth within the system of public administration, supporting social activity, and coordinating the implementation of strategic objectives.

At the conclusion of the event, certificates were awarded to the participants.
