On February 2, 2026, the 80th anniversary of the distinguished economist and Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kalandar Khodjaevich Abdurakhmanov, was solemnly celebrated with broad public participation. The occasion became a significant event in the scientific life of the country and once again recognized the academician’s outstanding contribution to the development of economic science.
The anniversary event was attended by the Director of the Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr,” Nigina Khayrullaevna Rakhimova, and the Deputy Director of the Center for Scientific Affairs and Innovation, Mansur Sherikbaevich Seitov.
