The scientific journal “Ijtimoiy Fikr. Human Rights” invites researchers conducting scholarly studies in the fields of history, law, art studies, sociology, philosophy, and political science to collaborate. The journal, recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC), is currently accepting articles for Issue No. 1 (2026). The upcoming issue will include research dedicated to an in-depth scientific analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of social development, human rights, social justice, legal consciousness, as well as political and cultural processes.
The journal identifies as its key priorities a clear methodological approach, reliance on credible sources, and the formulation of logically substantiated conclusions. Authors are expected to present their research topics within both national and international academic contexts, critically analyze existing scholarly approaches, and propose scientific innovations that contribute to the advancement of science. Preference is given to articles written in an academic publicistic style, presented in a manner accessible to a broad audience while strictly complying with academic standards.
The editorial board accepts scholarly articles from employees of governmental and non-governmental organizations, faculty members of higher education institutions, scholars, and independent researchers. Submitted manuscripts undergo selection based on scientific criteria established by the editorial board, and articles that fully meet the requirements will be published in Issue No. 1 (2026) of the journal.
The deadline for article submission is February 15. Publishing research results in an HAC-recognized journal provides an opportunity to demonstrate your contribution to the development of the scientific community and public intellectual discourse.
