Roundtable Held at the Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr”

On March 3 of this year, a roundtable discussion was organized at the Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr” aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the Center’s activities, determining the level of employees’ awareness of institutional processes, and improving internal communication mechanisms. The event was dedicated to the results of a sociological survey conducted among the staff on the topic: “Determining the Level of Awareness of the Activities of the Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion ‘Ijtimoiy Fikr’.”

The roundtable was opened by the Director of the Center, Doctor of Economic Sciences Nigina Khayrullayevna Rakhimova. In her opening remarks, she emphasized the importance of improving the effectiveness of scientific research, enhancing the system of internal information exchange, and increasing employees’ awareness of the organization’s strategy and the scientific projects being implemented.

Following this, the Deputy Director of the Center for Scientific and Innovative Activities, Mansur Sherikbaevich Seitov, delivered a detailed presentation on the results of the conducted research. During the presentation, the outcomes of the survey were analyzed, including the sources through which employees receive information about the Center’s activities, the current state of internal communication processes, existing challenges, and proposed solutions to address them.

During the event, an open and constructive dialogue took place among the Center’s staff. Participants shared their views, suggestions, and recommendations regarding the survey results. In particular, discussions focused on improving the dissemination of information to employees about scientific projects and the results of sociological research, enhancing the internal information system, and expanding opportunities for the use of modern information technologies.

As a result of the roundtable, a number of practical proposals were put forward aimed at increasing the transparency and effectiveness of the Center’s activities, strengthening employee engagement in institutional processes, and further developing scientific and research activities.

It was noted that this event will contribute to the further improvement of the Center’s operations, the strengthening of internal management and communication systems, and the development of a productive scientific environment within the team.
