On February 25 of the current year, one of the prestigious events in the field of information technology — the “Uzbekistan Tech Certifications Summit 2026” — was held in Tashkent. Representatives of the Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr” took part in the summit.

The event was attended by Timur Ravilevich Muratov, Head of the Center’s Information Technology and Information Security Service, and Azim Akramovich Nabiev, Specialist of the Information Technology and Information Security Service.

During the summit, participants discussed the role of international certification systems in digital transformation processes, as well as current trends in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and project management. Particular attention was paid to improving IT infrastructure in both the public and private sectors in accordance with international standards.

Participation in the event was of significant importance for strengthening information security within the Center’s activities, optimizing digital processes, and developing the IT governance system in line with international standards. The summit also provided an opportunity to exchange views with leading industry experts and to discuss prospects for expanding cooperation.

The knowledge and practical experience gained will contribute to the further enhancement of the Center’s digital development strategy, ensuring data security, and improving the effective use of information technologies in the implementation of sociological research.
