The Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr” Received Recognition for Its Active Participation in the Fight Against Corruption
The Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr” was recognized for its active participation in the field of combating corruption, effective cooperation with civil society institutions, as well as its worthy contribution to strengthening the principles of openness and transparency through the study of public opinion.
Within the framework of the VI Tashkent Anti-Corruption Forum, organized by the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the “Ijtimoiy Fikr” Center received special recognition “As an NGO actively participating in the fight against corruption.”
This recognition is regarded as a practical result of the consistent work being carried out in the country to foster intolerance toward corruption, raise legal awareness and civic responsibility among the population, improve mechanisms of public oversight, and conduct scientifically grounded studies of pressing social issues through sociological research.
In recent years, the “Ijtimoiy Fikr” Center has been implementing a number of nationwide sociological studies, monitoring activities and analytical projects aimed at combating corruption, ensuring openness in relations between the state and society, studying public attitudes toward reforms, and expanding the participation of civil society institutions.
