“The Graduate — the Hope of the Motherland”
In our country, at a time when “Last Bell” ceremonies are being held in a special festive atmosphere and high spirits, thousands of young men and women are completing an important stage of their lives and taking a confident step toward an independent future. On this occasion, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev sincerely congratulated school graduates, recognizing the younger generation as the hope, support, and builders of the future of New Uzbekistan.
In his congratulatory message, the Head of State particularly emphasized that modern knowledge, a profession, foreign language proficiency, digital skills, and independent thinking are becoming key factors for achieving success in life today. At the same time, it was noted that broad opportunities are being created in our country for every young person to receive quality education, realize their talent, and build a worthy future.
Today, the reforms being implemented in the education system are important not only in terms of modernizing school infrastructure, but also in renewing the content of education, improving pedagogical approaches, and developing the intellectual potential of young people. Issues such as the modern school model, an innovative educational environment, and the upbringing of a competitive generation are becoming especially relevant and are turning into one of the priority areas of state policy.
The Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion “Ijtimoiy Fikr” also regularly conducts sociological studies on the renewal processes taking place in the country’s education system, the modern school environment, students’ attitudes toward learning, the opinions of parents and teachers, young people’s career choice processes, and the assessment of the quality of education. The Center’s studies show that society’s demand for and attention to quality education are increasing, while young people’s aspiration to acquire knowledge, innovation, and modern skills is becoming more pronounced.
Today, school graduates are not only young people striving toward their dreams and goals, but also an intellectual generation that will determine the future development of the country, science, the economy, and society. They are becoming an important force of New Uzbekistan.
