The third issue of the scientific journal "Public Opinion. Human Rights" has been published. This journal features articles by Uzbek and foreign scholars and researchers.

This issue includes an article by the director of the Public Opinion Center "Ijtimoiy fikr," N.H. Rahimova, titled "Actualization of Issues in Studying Public Opinion on the Problems of Combating Human Trafficking and Forced Labor." The article analyzes the causes and factors contributing to the emergence and persistence of dangerous crimes such as human trafficking and forced labor, as well as the attitudes of citizens in our country towards this negative phenomenon. Overall, the analysis of public opinion confirms the achievements in combating human trafficking and forced labor, as well as in strengthening the system for protecting human rights. During the study, citizens expressed confidence in the need to unite the efforts of state bodies, international organizations, civil society institutions, and ordinary citizens to effectively prevent, identify, and address the problem of human trafficking.

Additionally, the journal features an article by Japanese researcher Kaori Matsumoto titled "Higher Education as an Export in the Era of Globalization: An Analysis Based on the Example of Russia Before the COVID-19 Pandemic." This article addresses the issue of the globalization of the international education market that began in the late 20th century. Based on the results of a comparative study of students in Russian-speaking and English-speaking courses, the author concludes that English-language courses have a high export potential, facilitating the dissemination of knowledge beyond national borders.

Furthermore, there is an article by Abdullo Abduhalilov, an associate professor at the National University of Uzbekistan, titled "Key Aspects of Enhancing the Capacity of NGOs Working on Disability Issues." This article emphasizes the growing role of NGOs in the country's social policy aimed at improving the quality of life for people with disabilities. This, in turn, necessitates the enhancement of the capacities of NGOs working in this field.

This issue also includes articles by professors and researchers focusing on sociology, history, economics, and law.
