On October 30 of this year, the cathedra of «Social and Humanitarian Sciences» of the Journalism and mass communication university of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the  Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion "Ijtimoiy Fikr", the National University of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State Pedagogical University, the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, and «International school of finance technology and science» Institute, held a national scientific and practical conference on the topic "Current problems of sociology and psychology".

This scientific and practical conference was dedicated to analyzing contemporary social and psychological problems, which are becoming increasingly relevant in today’s rapidly evolving society.

The conference included a presentation by Khadzhimukhamedov Marat Karimovich, the First Deputy Director of the Republican Center for the Study of Public Opinion "Ijtimoiy Fikr," who shared his thoughts, proposals, and recommendations. Professors, lecturers, practitioners, researchers, doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, master’s students, and media representatives also participated.

During the conference, experts and industry professionals discussed ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of scientific research, studied the experiences of other countries in the fields of science, culture, and public diplomacy, developed recommendations on the use of advanced technologies, and offered conclusions and proposals for enhancing cooperation and addressing current issues.
